This is our DIY recipe kit with a porcini mushrooms and black truffle dressing, Parmesan and fresh market herbs
It's your choice if you want to serve it straight up off the stove, or crisped in the oven.
Each kit contains enough for 2 portions of mac n cheese and includes the precise amount of:
- Anna Mae’s elbow macaroni
- Anna Mae’s 3 cheese sauce, ready to go
- Additional Mozzarella for melting
- Porcini mushroom and black truffle mix
- Grana Padano D.O.P
- Fresh market herbs
Each kit includes simple instructions on how to make your mac n cheese.
Choose the way you'd like to serve either stovetop or oven baked.
Store fresh products in the fridge and use your kit on the day of delivery
Macaroni: durum wheat
Cheese sauce: milk, mild cheddar, mature cheddar, Monterey Jack (cows milk, potato starch), butter (cream, cowsmilk, salt), mustard (mustard flour, water, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard bran, turmeric, xanthan gum)
Cheeses: mozzarella (cows milk, potato starch), Grana Padano (unpasteurised cows milk, egg lysozyme)
Truffle sauce: field mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, sunflower seed oil, water, rice flour, salt, black truffle, yeast extract, sugar, garlic, pepper, flavouring
